| LAUGHTER YOGA We yell a lot of “ha’s” and “ho’s,” And take a breath, then out it goes. And then we laugh; we need no reason. It’s all in fun, it’s just the season. And then there’s gibberish and clapping. We stay alert, no one is napping. We’re up and moving, off our butts; And laughing works to firm our guts. We also do some “ho’s” and “ha’s,” And jump around and shout hoorahs. And when we’re done, we always say: “Very good, very good, yaaaaaaay!” Now when I laugh, there’s much less stress; I’m like a child, I must confess. We all feel good because we laugh.
